The Technology behind
Protective Peelable Paint
Our peelable paint is a non-acrylic, multi-polymer, waterborne crystal-clear coating that mechanically adheres to surfaces with a profile or anchor pattern exceeding that of glass. lt's patented formula incorporates a release agent for enhanced flexibility, enabling effortless removal in sizable sections.
This paint is engineered for chemical bonding compatibility with a range of topcoats, including specially formulated automotive paint and clear coats, ceramic coatings, and bedliners.
Peelclear Automotive System
The base coat is applied to the vehicle through a standard HVLP spray process, much like regular automotive paint. As it dries, it forms an adhesive-free bond to the surface as it wraps itself around the edges.
The topcoat shares identical characteristics with a typical automotive clear coat, differing only in its unique ability to chemically bond seamlessly with the base coat and achieve superior leveling, thus preventing the orange peel effect.
Any damage to the topcoat will either self-heal or be corrected through the straightforward processes of sanding and polishing.
